AAPM&R is proud to offer discounted rates for Annual Assembly attendees exclusively with the hotels listed below. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoff date for discounted hotel rooms is October 18, 2023.

AAPM&R is partnering with HelmsBricoe as the Official Housing Bureau of the Annual Assembly. Reserving your accommodations through our official housing partner is a secure and convenient process. Once you book your hotel and your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from aapmrhousing@helmsbriscoe.com. You will not receive a confirmation directly from your hotel. The AAPM&R Housing Team at HelmsBriscoe will send an updated confirmation that includes complete reservation information, as well as your hotel confirmation number closer to the Annual Assembly.
