Your Academy is aggressively advocating to strengthen the specialty and tirelessly working to advance physiatry’s value in medicine. An effective way of spreading physiatry’s impact is through collaboration. We serve as active participants in more than 25 coalitions and have recently spearheaded a multi-specialty Concussion Writing Panel. These diverse collaborations with experts across other specialties allows us to see varying approaches and viewpoints and share the unique perspectives of physiatrists.
